Nilfisk-Advance Reaches Agreement to Sell Clarke American Sanders
Plymouth, MN – February 28, 2014. Nilfisk-Advance, Inc. announced today it has
entered into an agreement to sell Clarke American Sanders to Amano Pioneer Eclipse
Corporation.
The agreement is part of Nilfisk-Advance’s long-term market growth strategy to
focus on and increase investment and expansion of the company’s core businesses.
The anticipated transaction close date is March 31, 2014, subject to customary
closing conditions.

Nilfisk-Advance and Amano Pioneer Eclipse will continue working closely together
over the coming weeks and months to ensure customers continue to receive without
interruption the same products and customer support they have come to expect.
