Revolutionary Adhancer™ One-Pass Floor Maintenance System delivers
an unprecedented leap in productivity
Green cleaning's goal is not only to minimize impact on people and the
environment, but also to make the cleaning process more productive (or in other
words, faster and cheaper). The new Advance Adhancer system does it all.
For years, building service contractors and in-house cleaners have relied on the
conventional daily cleaning steps of sweeping, scrubbing and burnishing to meet
facilities' appearance demands for hard floors. Plus floors had to be stripped and
recoated every 90 to 120 days. But now there's a lower cost, lower impact
alternative to these multiple cleaning steps, numerous pieces of equipment and
frequent scrub-and-recoat cycles.
The Adhancer hard-floor maintenance system combines sweeping, washing and
polishing in one pass, maintaining the cleanliness of floors without degrading the
gloss or clarity of the floor finish. The Adhancer system reduces cleaning
complexity by 75% and decreases total cleaning costs by an impressive 40% to
50%.
Adhancer comes standard with the added advantage of the AXP on-board
detergent dispensing system, and you can use any detergent, including those
that are green-certified, so there is no need to switch your detergent or
cleaning routine. For optimum results, the Green Seal certified AXP Adhancing
Agent should be used as the detergent in the Adhancer.
The Adhancer hard floor maintenance system was designed with specific
features to fit your green cleaning program. This machine minimizes chemical
and water usage with its onboard AXP system, and the one-step process allows
your facility to use less floor finish and stripper. It also improves indoor air
quality, because less dust is created by less frequent burnishing. The Adhancer
hard-floor maintenance system was ergonomically designed for operator comfort
and has soft-touch rubber bumpers to protect facility walls. Overall, this
maintenance system maximizes floor cleaning effectiveness and productivity,
while it minimizes environmental impact. For complete production specifications,

Advance brings productivity measurement to you
One of the LEED-EB IEQ credits is awarded for documenting the productivity
impacts of a green cleaning program. This means that LEED asks building owners
to prove their improvements by comparing "before" and "after" performance
measures. The Performance Enhancement Program (PEP) used by your local
Advance dealer or National Accounts representative is an ideal tool for
measuring the productivity of your current cleaning program and comparing it to
a new green cleaning program. The output of this analysis is excellent
information for documenting your facility's cleaning program improvements. |
